- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle escalated customer complaints or issues in a professional manner

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and monitor Call Center initiatives
- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts with both customers and team members
- Experience in supervising and leading a team in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Sales experience is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Experience with running Call Center dialers
- Exceptional customer service skills
