About the Role:*
As our Operations Manager, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our operations run like a well-oiled machine. You'll lead and inspire our teams to deliver exceptional service while meeting key performance metrics. From managing day-to-day activities to fostering a culture of excellence, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare.
Responsibilities:Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Lead and manage Operations and Account Management teams to achieve optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee recruitment, hiring, and training processes to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Monitor call quality and provide real-time coaching to enhance team performance.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends and implement improvements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for team and client escalations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and implement client programs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee development.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Three years of supervisory Call Center experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software and phone systems
