We are looking for full time Customer Service Representatives to provide our Customers with an excellent customer experience. Our Customer Service Department is an inbound Call Center environment, in which the Representative answers customer calls throughout the day and helps with orders, and any other questions our Customers may have. The Call Center is open from 9:30am - 6pm and we have open shifts during those hours. We offer medical, dental, vision, short term disability, and other great benefits including a matching 401(k).
Primary Responsibilities:
- Promote good Customer relations by consistently providing premier Customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness to help at all times.
- Act with confidence by answering or finding answers to Customer questions and finding solutions to Customer needs.
- Accurately process Customer transactions such as orders, quotes or returns received via telephone, chats, and e-mail.
- Set up new accounts and maintain Customer records.
- Proactively recommend alternate products/items needed by Customers to increase Customer satisfaction.
- Increase order value by offering promotional sales items.
- Handle Customer inquiries for product specifications.
- Continually maintain working knowledge of all company promotions and products.
- Demonstrate sound judgment in decision making, abiding appropriately to established guidelines and procedures.
Other Responsibilities:
- Continuously increase knowledge and skills through self-motivation and in-house training.
- Fill requests for catalogs, information or samples.
- Needs to have flexibility
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/ GED required.
- 1-2 years of high volume Call Center service preferred.
- Effective listening, communication (verbal and written), negotiation and phone skills.
- Ability to Problem solving and multitask.
- Professional demeanor.
- Able to handle difficult Customers with diplomacy and tact.
- Forward thinking- able to anticipate the customer's needs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with Customers, peers, management and other departments.
- Must be enthusiastic and have excellent phone demeanor.
- Must be self-motivated, take a proactive approach not only to problem solving but to avoid potential problems plus have good business sense combined with sound decision making skills.
- Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to details.
- Proficient in Windows and Outlook.
- Experienced in internet searching.
