Compensation:
Starting Pay Range: $18- $22 per hour based on experience plus bonus opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Call Center Reps with Service Industry (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical) AND Dispatcher experience will be given first consideration
- Experience with Outbound calling is required, booking service, renewing maintenance agreements, etc
- Experience with ServiceTitan is preferred
- Must be willing to work onsite five days a week.
- Will be required to work one to two Saturday’s monthly during peak seasons.
- Experience working in a Call Center environment is preferred.
- Must be willing to work a 9:00AM – 6:00PM shift.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient computer skills, additional knowledge with Service Titan is a plus!
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a commitment to delivering outstanding Customer Service.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound calling to ensure that each day has enough VIP Maintenance jobs booked, based on department call goals.
- Outbound calling to renew VIP customers who are expiring soon or already expired.
- While going through accounts verify accuracy and update months according to schedule and last visit date to keep visits spread out. (Update equipment information and ages, update allocated months, client information etc.)
- Back up inbound call taker if we have an influx of calls in the Call Center.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional Customer Service and actively addressing their inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with the customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to provide information, schedule appointments, and assist with any service-related needs.
- Collaborate closely with our Dispatch to schedule appointments and ensure timely completion of service calls.
- Actively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience, offering additional services or solutions that align with their needs.
- Follow established company procedures and polices to uphold service standards and ensure consistency in customer interactions.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
