Salary: $22 - $24/hour + up to $400/week in commission

Hours:

Mon-Fri - 1pm-10pm

Fri-Mon - 1pm-10pm

Qualifications & Skills:

• Must have 1+ years of CSR experience in the home services industry.
• Call Center experience 1+ years
• Service Titan Experience (Must Have)
• Proficiency with computers, especially software applications including, MS Word, email and CMS is a plus
• Engage in active listening, confirm or clarify information, and manage and provide solutions
• Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Strong time management, organizational skills, and decision-making skills
• Detail oriented, consistent, adaptable, and accountable
• Proficiency in problem analysis and problem solving
• Ability to multitask
• Strong attendance
• Build lasting relationships with customers and other Call Center team members
