Position Overview
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and listening skills. This position requires heavy telephone and heavy computer work. This position requires the ability to remain focused despite distractions and a self motivated/results driven personality.
The Call Center Agent / Scheduling Agent Will:
· Make phone calls, emails and text messages to new and existing vendors and others as necessary
· Monitor case queue and take necessary steps to ensure case assignments are made in accordance with the established processes, procedures and deadlines
Key Skills Needed:
· Ability & Competence to complete all work in a web based environment
· Ability to multitask
· Drive and ability to push through obstacles and complete assigned tasks
· Perform well under pressure
· Superior time management
· Work in an office environment and remotely.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
