Zoom Vibe CoAs a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling and resolving customer inquiries and issues over the phone. You will provide outstanding customer service while ensuring a positive experience for every caller. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls and provide accurate and efficient responses to inquiries and issues
Identify and escalate priority cases to the appropriate department for further assistance
Collaborate with team members to resolve customer complaints and address any concerns
Maintain comprehensive and accurate customer records by documenting all interactions and transactions
Utilize computer systems to track, gather information, and troubleshoot customers' problems
Meet and exceed performance metrics including call handle time, call quality, and customer satisfaction ratings
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in a customer service or Call Center environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using computer systems and navigating various software applications
