We are the first point of contact when an alarm activates and help is needed. We are currently hiring Emergency Alarm Dispatchers / Call Center Agents to work on-site at our Manasquan location! This is an entry level position - great for anyone with a customer service background of any kind!

40+ hours each week – guaranteed!

We are looking to fill positions on our 1st shift (7am – 3pm), 2nd shift (3pm-11pm), and 3rd shift (11pm-7am).

Requirements:

HS Diploma/GED
Customer Service Experience
Weekends, Holidays & Overtime Flexibility
Computer Literacy

Weekends and Holidays are required.

The pay range for this role is $20-$24 an hour. Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year. Your accrual rate increases after your first year. We also offer 6 paid holidays.
