AutoCAD Drafter
9Wood, Inc. is currently recruiting innovative and talented candidates for a full-time Drafter (D3). Health benefits begin after 60 days, with additional benefits starting after 90 days. This position starts at $47,906 to $71,364 annually (DOE). We will consider an underfill opportunity as a D2 Drafter ($19.88 to $22.47/hr) for those who don't have all of the qualifications for the D3 role.
The ideal candidate will be able to serve as a source of technical knowledge, understand the customer's needs and develop desirable solutions that work. Ability to communicate these solutions to the customer so they understand, accept and feel as if you are adding value.
Requirements:
- Initially working in office with possible transition to hybrid in the future
- BS/BA Degree or equivalent work experience in architectural fields, business management, or construction
- 5yrs Experience working with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
Recommended:
- Autodesk Revit experience is a plus
- AutoCAD 3D experience is a plus
- CAD solid modeling experience is a plus
Skills/Abilities
- Ability to multitask when required
- Excellent interdepartmental communication skills
- Knowledge of creating and interpreting architectural drawings
- Ability to cross reference and follow standards, then apply to drawings/reviews
