Responsibilities:
- Creating new or update existing plans and make necessary revisions
- Creating models out of rough sketches
- Working with an engineer to review and finalize plans
- Assisting with municipalities as needed.
Experience & Skills:
- Chief Architect
- AutoCad
- StruCalc
