- Assist IT department in developing CAD standards and software applications to be used.
- Communicate with the Project Manager to determine the needs of the project.
- Work with field supervision to ensure efficient operations.
- Provide accurate drawings in a timely manner.
- Assist, when necessary, with field measuring & field checking of drawings.
- Review technological advancements and make recommendations for adoption.
- Maintain & follow company standards to ensure continuity from one job to the next.
- Document all drawings and standards.
- Continually improve procedures and practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of detailing and design of electrical in a 3-D environment
- Working knowledge of the installation requirements of electrical systems
- Ability to operate AutoCAD releases 2018 through 2023
- Proficient in using 3-D software
- Proficiency in Revit software is desired
