- Job Responsibilities
Review and analyze Engineering Request Forms.
Coordinate purchasing activities with the Engineering Department to acquire material in a timely manner.
Analyze Sourcing Matrix, Engineering Specifications, submit Request for Quote to Suppliers, execute Request for Change orders and issue purchase orders to the Suppliers.
Ability to work under rigorous deadlines in a time sensitive, fast paced environment required.
May be required to recommend alternative sourcing to meet the Engineer need dates. Interact closely with Suppliers, Engineering, Supply Business Managers, QA, Shipping ,Receiving and Accounting to resolve issues.
Experience in NPI and SAP are mandatory, Semi-Conductor industry knowledge and experience buying commodities such as Metal Machining, PCBA, Plastics, Quartz, Ceramics, Sheet Metal, Outsourced Assemblies, Cables or Weldments preferred. - Rapid, product, materials (RPM) very time sensitive - huge sense of urgency, self starter, self motivated
Other Job Responsibilities
Critical Thinking - able to analyze and evaluate information; understand the logical connection between ideas
Problem solving, PS&DMP, Lean Six Sigma
Collaboration - internal partners and key stakeholders include supply chain, suppliers, factory support, project services, warehouse personnel.

Pay: $30 - $33/hr
Hours: Hybrid - 2x's onsite a week

- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Planning experience
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience
- Working knowledge and experience in ERP systems SAP/Oracle and other procurement related tools
