• Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local Real Estate market
• Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget
• Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction
• Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close
• Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Must demonstrate a consistent record of Real Estate success
• Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
• Sufficient knowledge of the local Real Estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry

• Preferred but not required, at least 1 year of Real Estate experience.
