Responsibilities
- Works with interested private party sellers through email, phone, text, or other communications as approved by company communications policies.
- Sets appointments to facilitate vehicle purchases including communicating with service department for mechanical pre-inspection prior to final purchase offer.
- Respond to private party inquiries on selling their vehicles sourced through various Internet sources.
- Maintain accurate customer notes through the customer XRM system.
- Maintains and provides accurate updated appointment scheduling and purchase records.
- Work with Service / reconditioning agents to process vehicle appraisal appointments in a timely manner.
- Maintains professional appearance

Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills (including listening, writing, speaking).
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Public relations skills. Ability to effectively establish rapport, present information and respond to questions from managers, customers and the general public.
- Skill and ability to meet people and listen
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Mental ability to conduct on-going interpersonal interactions.
- Ability to actively participate in team oriented process.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
- Skill and ability to sell and/or negotiate.
- Physical ability to use computer hardware/software.
- Understand the value of new and used vehicles
- Complete understanding of sales process
- Ability to learn automotive specific programs
