Empire Sales Group is seeking a B2B Sales Representative to join our team. Empire Sales Group was designed as a platform for sales entrepreneurs to build a strong foundation, enhance their skills and grow as sales professionals in our business. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to represent our esteemed telecom client, Verizon. As a B2B Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and establishing long-term relationships with businesses. We are looking for individuals - with a desire to do something more - to join our team. Our people are pivotal, which is why we make it a priority to promote from within.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industries for Verizon's telecom services.
  • Prospect for new business clients by setting up face-to-face meetings within your prescribed territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
  • Understand customers' unique needs and present tailored telecom solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of Verizon's services.
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service level agreements to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry, is considered an asset but not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively.

 

We offer $500 of base pay per week with weekly bonuses and commissions. You will receive $500 or greater of commissions earned each week, as well as competitive benefits that includes 401k, dental, health and vision.
