Our team is looking for a Business Analyst working closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to gather requirements on product objectives. The Business Analyst is expected to have a strong exposure in agile framework and tools like Rally/Jira.
Need to have a capability to prepare design materials such as mock-ups, wireframes, and other artifacts to be used in the development process and collaborating with cross functional product teams.
Skills Required:
- 4+ years of experience as Business Analyst
- Strong knowledge in agile processes and tools like Rally/Jira.
- Ability to transfer the business requirements into Epic/Sub-Epic/Feature and user stories in Rally which is understandable by product team.
- Produces design materials such as mock-ups, wireframes, and other artifacts to be used in the development process.
- Collaborating with cross functional product teams to assess and prioritize design opportunities, identify constraints and deliver design recommendations to relevant stakeholders
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and support multiple concurrent projects/tasks
- Knowledge of design thinking principles, processes and practices
- Knowledge of user centered design principles, processes and practices
- Strong verbal and oral communication skills
