Position Overview:
The Novelis North America (NNA) team is seeking an IT Business Relationship Manager. The person in this role will report to the Director IT Operations. BRMs can work at a high-level, leading all aspects of the relationship between IT and multiple departments, or they might work in one specific business unit as a partner between IT and another department.

Qualifications:

• MBA or related qualification preferred
• Graduate degree or dynamic educational certificate
• Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP®) preferred
• Certified Business Relationship Manager (CBRM®) preferred
• Master of Business Relationship Management (MBRM®) preferred
• Experience in an Agile methodology and SAFe. Certifications preferred.
• Metals/manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
• 10+ years working in Information Technology in a manufacturing environment, IT project management and/or program/portfolio management
• 5+ years managing complex MFG systems, facilitating the development and implementation of business initiatives and projects, based on company objectives
• Experience working across a matrix organization and across multiple functions
• Experience leading diverse teams, directly or indirectly, with demonstrated ability to organize and direct work

Location Profile
Novelis' Global Corporate Headquarters is located in the Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta Georgia and employs approximately 250 people. It is co-located with Novelis' North America regional office which employs approximately 225 people.
