The Business Process Analyst – Transformation Intern will be responsible for analyzing IT systems and applications and mapping systems and applications to business capabilities. The intern will also be accountable for building IT systems and applications catalogs.
This position will report to the Austin, TX, office location.

Include, but not limited to:
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and understand and analyze IT systems/applications.
- Map applications to cross-functional business capabilities (Industry Print levels 1-3)
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including mapping and catalogs.
- Provide regular updates to business stakeholders.
- Support the Business Analysts in other related tasks and projects as needed.
- Currently enrolled as a junior or senior in good academic standing working towards a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Ability to use process mapping tools such as Visio, LucidChart, Canva, Confluence, and Miro
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, and follow-up skills.

- Ability to take direction and follow instructions.
- Ability to work both individually and in a team environment.
- Ability to recommend changes or updates in documentation to address system deficiencies and user needs.
- Ability to document and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Ability to execute on deadlines and goals.
Preferred Certifications:
- MIS Certification, or PM Certification
- The intern selected will be required to work 40 hours a week over a specified 12-week duration.
- The hourly pay range for this position is $18.00/Hr.
