```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Credit Manager to join our team. As a Credit Manager, you will be responsible for the credit and collections process, ensuring timely payments, and minimizing bad debt. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and management.

- Manage the credit and collections , including reviewing credit applications, setting credit limits, and monitoring customer accounts
- Evaluate customer creditworthiness and make recommendations for credit approvals or denials
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and take appropriate actions to collect outstanding balances
- Negotiate payment terms with customers to ensure timely payments
- Investigate and resolve customer billing disputes or discrepancies
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries or concerns related to credit and collections
- Prepare reports on accounts receivable status, bad debt reserves, and collection efforts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in credit management
```Skills:```
- Strong knowledge of debits and credits principles
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping
- Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
- Technical accounting skills, including the ability to analyze financial statements
- Knowledge of medical billing processes is preferred
- Experience working with accounting software (e.g., Sage) is highly desirable
- Excellent negotiation skills to effectively communicate payment terms with customers
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial calculations
