REAL ESTATE EXPERIANCE AND OFFICE EXPERIANCE NEEDED
As an Office Assistant at Bronx Development Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting various office functions and assisting with tenant-related tasks. This is a part-time position with the potential to transition into a full-time role if wanted as you gain experience and demonstrate your capabilities. No field work is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with tenant collections and account management from the office, including processing payments, responding to inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
- Support filing and organization efforts throughout the office, ensuring documents are properly stored and easily accessible.
- Learn and assist with the process of fighting real estate tickets, including gathering necessary documentation and communicating with relevant parties.
- Interact with tenants in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their concerns and inquiries effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to complete various administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
- Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as needed, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
