1. Work experience managing or directing the activities of the type of business (Banquet, Conference Center, Community Club, Catered Special Events) to be managed.
2. Manage and fulfill the duties listed under duties and requirements
Highly Qualified Criteria:
1. Possess supervisory experience in catering and conference operations, to include contract management and production planning.
2. Possess a minimum of four (4) years' experience, background in the Food and Beverage industry, to include two (2) years as a manager within the last five (5) years.
3. Possess two (2) years of demonstrable experience in financial analysis, budget development and execution, food and labor cost management, management and training of employees, and menu/pricing menu development.
4. Possess two (2) years of demonstrable experience in the development and execution in marketing and programming events.
