Job Summary
EARTHRES is actively seeking a Business Development/Project Management professional to work as part of our sales team to grow a profitable business and ensure the financial success of EARTHRES. Preference is for the selected candidate to be based in the EARTHRES Appalachian Regional office in Morgantown, West Virginia. However, consideration will be given to qualified candidates desiring to locate in western Pennsylvania, northern Maryland, or eastern Ohio.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Provide market knowledge and lead the sales process in the Morgantown, West Virginia region;
- Coordinate with and support business development in other EARTHRES regions as needed, especially for key accounts and major projects;
- Develop overall market growth strategies, which articulate market trends/drivers and recommended priorities to successfully invest and grow, consistent with EARTHRES’ overall growth objectives;
- Coordinate with Client Managers to maximize business for key accounts; and
- Provide assistance and coaching to Client Managers in their sales efforts.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree;
- Experience and track record of success in business development/sales of technical services;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and
- Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Science, or Business-related studies; and
- Project management experience in EARTHRES’ markets.
