Position Overview:
The Branch Business Development Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support and handling various operational functions to ensure the branch is operating in an efficient manner. Provide high-level support to Branch Manager and Loan Originators, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. This position also includes marketing administrative responsibilities including events, mailers, email marketing, CRM, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
- Main marketing liaison between CCM and the branch level.
- Maintain client experience.
- Assist loan officers with all aspects of Total Expert including setting up drip campaigns and selecting marketing materials.
- Provide database management.
- Onboarding assistance for new Loan Officers with database transfer and utilizing systems.
- Maintain marketing planning, event planning, and execution.
- Manage gift fulfillment.
Qualificationsand Skills:
- 3 years of previous banking, financial services, or mortgage experience required.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Communication skills and problem-solving skills.
- Experience utilizing Canva.
- Experience with Expense Reporting.
- Experience with Total Expert, preferred.
- Salesforce, a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
