We are seeking a dynamic Business Development, Sales & Marketing Representative that embodies a start-up mentality and aligns with our collaborative, energetic, and work-hard-play-hard company culture. This individual will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and promoting the company's brand and services.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and relationship building.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with senior management and team members on Business Development and marketing efforts.
- Drive brand awareness and promote the company's services through various marketing channels.
- Provide regular reports on sales and marketing activities, revenue trends, and opportunities for growth.
- Travel to shows and events as required.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in Business Development, sales, and marketing.
- MUST have experience with selling OOH (Out of Home), Event, or Billboard space to high-profile clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive, solutions-oriented attitude, and rock-solid work ethic.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Willingness to travel as required.

Salary: $50,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
