Job Description
As a Business Development Representative specializing in Hot Tub Sales, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with dealers, retailers, and distributors within your assigned territory. Your primary objective will be to drive sales growth, exceed revenue targets, and increase market share through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service.
Business Development Representative Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by cultivating relationships with dealers and retailers
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
- Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
- Answer questions about the products
- Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
- Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors • Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective dealers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential dealers to meet their needs • Establish, develop,and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to dealer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
Business Development Representative Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven track record of successful B2B sales experience, preferably 3+ years of dealer network management experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Business Development Representative Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary $65,000 to $85,000
- Expected Total Compensation $145,000 to $180,000
- Remote role with travel up to 40%
