Job Description
- 2+ years B2B sales experience with no industry requirement
- An outgoing personality with the willingness to be coached and grow
- Versatility to cold call into new relationships, as well as maintain and cultivate existing relationships
- Ability to establish relationships and be comfortable speaking with potential referral sources from the healthcare/medical field, court system, local business and many other potential types of community partners
- Ability to market opportunities while developing, planning, implementing and following through with action plans to grow admissions and the overall brand of the treatment center
- Ability to exercise professionalism in a manner that reflects a positive image for the organization, as well as the individual candidate, by exhibiting ethics, attention to detail, availability, dependability and a heart of service for those in need of recovery from addiction
- Work with leadership team and be coached on developing and implementing a strategic plan for creating new business relationships
- Actively prospect, cold call (on the phone and face-to-face) continuously to expand individual's and company's contact list and brand awareness
- Provide excellent follow-up with prospects and existing referral relationships
