Located in Virginia Beach, Virginia, Steel Building Pros is the Leading Supplier of Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings. From pre-fab garages to custom-built workshops, we provide everything you need to get your steel building off the ground.

To continue to grow we are seeking a Business Development Representative to add to our team. This key, hands-on opportunity is best suited for those with the ability to initiate and sustain momentum to set, pursue and achieve goals. Someone that is excited about working as a player/coach in a very collaborative team.

In addition to a commitment to customer satisfaction, our ideal team member must demonstrate:

· Good judgment and strong critical thinking skills with an ability to think outside the box,

· A passion for leading and instilling a self-starting attitude in others,

· The ability to set, pursue and attain goals for sales activities,

· A desire for efficiency with all resources and a goal toward profitability,

· An ease with which to switch gears and strong self-management skills to balance workload, and conflicting priorities,

· The ability to analyze all aspects of a situation to gain thorough insight to make decisions.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Sales Representatives

• Team Steel Building Pros

• Inside Sales/ Post Sale/ Upselling

Qualifications:

· Success getting things done by engaging the buy-in of others,

· 2-3 years of consumer sales experience,

· An accountability for his or her own actions, with a proven record of delivering results,

· Live within a commutable distance to our VA Beach HQ.
