Responsibilities:
· Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
· Engage in warm calling techniques to build rapport and generate interest in products or services.
· Utilize sales scripts and product knowledge to effectively communicate the value proposition to prospects.
· Identify and qualify potential leads for further follow-up by the sales team.
· Utilize persuasive selling techniques to encourage customers to make a purchase or schedule appointments.
· Answer incoming calls from customers interested in learning more about products or services.
· Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken.
· Follow up with customers who expressed interest but did not make a purchase to attempt to close the sale.
· Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made and leads generated.
· Stay informed about product features, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
· Collaborate with team members and share best practices to improve overall performance.
· Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding sales practices and customer interactions.
· Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
· Continuously seek opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge through training and development programs.
· Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
Qualifications:
· Associate Degree (GA), or additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
· Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal communication skills in both languages.
· Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or outbound calling preferred.
· Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close deals.
· Familiarity with technology sales and the ability to quickly learn about new products or services.
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Proficient in using CRM software or similar tools.
