Business Development Representative

Position Overview:

As a Business Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of our dealership's success, engaging with internet customers, and fostering valuable business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Efficiently communicating with internet customers and prospects through various channels, such as phone, email, or in-person interactions.
• Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of dealership products and services to effectively assist customers.
• Employing a proven, pre-set script to manage incoming phone calls and schedule sales appointments.
• Leveraging text, email, and phone to arrange sales appointments with internet clients.
• Recording and documenting all customer interactions within the Dealership Management System.
• Verifying and posting scheduled appointments on the Business Development Center's appointment board.
• Collaborating with the sales team to monitor appointment outcomes and arrange future contacts as required.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer databases, including reaching out to existing customers with marketing incentives.
• Nurturing positive customer relationships, adhering to company policies, and actively participating in continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Prior experience in a related field or completion of one to three months of relevant training.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Proficiency in using various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Familiarity with automotive products and services is a plus.
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
