As a Business Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of our dealership's success, engaging with internet customers, and fostering valuable business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently communicating with internet customers and prospects through various channels, such as phone, email, or in-person interactions.
- Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of dealership products and services to effectively assist customers.
- Employing a proven, pre-set script to manage incoming phone calls and schedule sales appointments.
- Leveraging text, email, and phone to arrange sales appointments with internet clients.
- Recording and documenting all customer interactions within the Dealership Management System.
- Verifying and posting scheduled appointments on the Business Development Center's appointment board.
- Collaborating with the sales team to monitor appointment outcomes and arrange future contacts as required.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer databases, including reaching out to existing customers with marketing incentives.
- Nurturing positive customer relationships, adhering to company policies, and actively participating in continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Prior experience in a related field or completion of one to three months of relevant training.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Proficiency in using various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Familiarity with automotive products and services is a plus.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
