SalaryAudilous, Inc., a dynamic and growing network of 17 internet radio stations across the country, is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and seasoned professional with a solid background in the radio industry to contribute to the expansion of our reach through syndication to small market stations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities for syndicating our programming to small market radio stations nationwide.
- Leverage existing connections within the radio industry to establish and maintain fruitful partnerships.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve syndication targets and enhance the company's market presence.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the radio industry.
- Work closely with the programming and marketing teams to create compelling syndication packages tailored to the needs of prospective partners.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Business Development, sales, or a similar role within the radio industry.
- Strong network of contacts and a deep understanding of the radio market landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a work-from-home setup.
- High level of professionalism, ethics, and a drive to succeed on a 100% commission-based structure.
