Terran Orbital is seeking an experienced Business Development Operations Administrator to join our growing team. Reporting to the SVP, Programs & Strategy. The Business Development Operations Administrator will collaborate on strategic and operational Business Development initiatives to help carry out new client proposals.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with daily operations within Strategy and Business Development division
Collaborate on strategic and operational objectives
Organize travel arrangements and schedules
Analyze, improve, and develop operational procedures, processes, systems, and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, and enhanced management reporting to maximize productivity and performance; where applicable
• Draft executive correspondence when needed
• Attend internal SBD staff meetings and support SBD Teams and SharePoint site
• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Contribute to operational information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends
• Manage CRM systems to maximize the efficiency of data and software to improve customer care and reporting; generate, maintain and track metrics/KPI’s
• Maintain strict confidentiality in matters involving Principles, Corporate Officers and Corporate Governance
• Coordinate routinely with Business Development, Marketing, and Proposal Team members to ensure collaborative and coordinated company efforts are met
• Act as back up, when needed, on coordination of industry events to include managing SBD agendas, meetings, engagements and leads
• Prepare statistical reports and complex spreadsheets for routine correspondence with the SBD team
• Assist with strategizing, coordinating and assembling weekly reports for communication and reporting to the broader leadership team
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
• 8+ years’ experience in Business Development Operations
• Experience in producing data reports for financial reviews
• Proven track record coordinating schedules for high-level executive client meetings and travel
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Working cross-functionally with the program management department
• Solid knowledge of space and data markets, industry players and DoD/IC customer's experience preferred
Security Clearance
• This position requires the candidate to have an active US TS/SCI Security Clearance and the ability to maintain the clearance

Physical Demands
An employee must meet the physical demands described to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. In performing the duties of this job, the employee is routinely required to sit or stand for long durations of time, in addition to bending, reaching, and walking. This would require the ability to lift or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move objects up to 25 pounds. This position is generally sedentary, with substantial computer usage.
Work Environment
The job operates in a professional office environment but in a manufacturing company. This job routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and scanners.
