Located in beautiful Sun Coast Florida, our client provides the full spectrum of treatment options for drug and alcohol addiction as well as mental health issues.
The Company: Covering all aspects of addiction and mental health our client puts their residents and patients' care first.
The Position: The Business Development Rep is pivotal in the oversight of ground marketing programs and services to prospective referral resources and securing new patient referral relationships for our addiction treatment programs. Additionally, this position is responsible for maintaining positive, effective, and helpful relationships with all Alumni. The position is also tasked with helping the COO maintain a positive, gossip-free, effective staff environment.
- $50K - $80K a Year Depending on Experience

Responsibilities:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday 40 Hours (Flexible)
- May Encompass Nights and Weekends
- Work in Collaboration with Assigned Leadership and Teams to Identify And Nurture Potential Referral Sources and Other Related Groups
- Promote the Mental Health and Recovery Mission and Core Values in the Community
- Serve as a Speaker to Help Educate Referral Sources about Home Health Services
- Collaborate With Multiple Teams to Ensure Customer Needs Are Being Met
- Outgoing Personality with Excellent Communication Skills
- Service Area –
- Tampa to Sarasota
Requirements:
- Associates Degree - Required
- 1 Year of Marketing Management Experience in a Health Care Delivery Setting
