Description:
- Build relationship with current clients to encourage , and continue to build relationship and saturate sales.
- Work within multiple departments including marketing, customer support and sales to problem-solve, learn more about customer trends, and review market data to create sales plan
- Use market data to create digital marketing, and promote new products and services to targeted groups.
- Lead generation, and cold calling
- Review pricing strategies and online promotions to increase sales, attract customer orders, and remain competitive within market.
- Communicate with vendors and partners to create marketing, review contracts, and measure their performance.
- Work with customers to evaluate their need and problem-solve with them to encourage sale, and work with other departments in order to meet customer needs.
- Educate customer support team on new product, and issues to ensure they are able to answer customer questions and complaints in a timely manner.
- This person will work with all departments of the team to meet project timelines ,educate team on new policy, and support with training. This person will work with the CFO on a daily basis.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
•Experience with planning and achieving business growth through e‐commerce and managing complex digital marketing projects is required.
•5+ years of experience in relevant sales and marketing team management is required with proven leadership and success within the role.
•A track record of leading and inspiring groups. Experience with driving improvement and building strategies from the ground‐up.
•Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred, but not required.
•Excellent analytical, problem‐solving and organizational skills are required. Strong attention to detail is required.
