Compensation: $135,000 salary plus incentives

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at WesMart Inc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing new opportunities, and expanding our client base in the electrical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic Business Development plans to achieve company goals

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the electrical industry

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders

- Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue and achieve sales targets

- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify growth opportunities

- Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients

- Track and report on sales performance and Business Development activities

Requirements:

- Proven experience in Business Development in the electrical industry

- Strong network and relationships in the industry

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
