Location: Remote

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00

Commission Structure: Tiered Commission - Varies between 15% to 50% depending on draw or traditional base salary

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Business Development experience in GTM staffing within the tech space
• Proven track record of billings of $500k+
• Experience with retained executive search
• Must have staffing agency experience

Their unique, data and process driven approach has positioned them as a valuable partner to data/AI/ML companies and VC firms. About the Role

In this role, you will primarily focus on bringing in net new accounts and expanding the client base - mainly handling retained and contingent mid-level to executive searches.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, engage, and obtain new business for new GTM roles in the tech space
• Establish, build, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Develop and document sales strategies and playbooks
• Work towards crushing goals and continued development
• Provide thought leadership by staying informed with latest industry trends and emerging tech
• Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and boost efficiency

Candidate Requirements

• Must enjoy the start-up lifestyle and be drawn to building from the ground up
• Ability to run valuable and consultative meetings with executive level clients
• Proven track record of billings of $500k+
• Experience with executive and mid-level searches on retained and contingent terms
• Be well versed in the tech scene, especially with Go-to-Market (GTM)
• Ability to work US EST business hours
• Must be a US citizen
