As an Business Development Guru, you'll be the backbone of our business, managing multiple tasks at once and keeping us all on track. You'll need to be an expert in time management, team work, attention to detail, and have a passion for diversity and inclusion all while keeping your cool under pressure. You will be a key member of our team, responsible for keeping our schedule on track, our clients happy, and our business running like a well-oiled machine.

Things youll do

• Learn our scheduling and coordination process to understand our customer and act as an alternate scheduler
• Seeking out new business opportunities, marketing or presenting for no bid or yes bid (phone, email, video)
• Drafting Proposals (RFP, RFQ, RFI)
• Drafting and presenting pricing structures based on individual customer requirements using Excel
• Sending proposals with specific requirements, tight deadlines, and knowing when/how to request additional information from the CEO
• Managing tasks and projects between multiple software (ie: Zoho, Trello, Email...)
• Administrative support to ensure Business Development is successful
• On Wednesdays we wear pink

Higher Salary Expectations
2 years + experience of executive administrative experience

This position is fully remote; however, employees in the St. Louis, MO metro area may go onsite or meet in person at various time throughout the year. Sign language skills are not required. Salary range does not include total compensation with benefits.
