ROLE SUMMARY
As a Business Development Executive, you will lead the charge in researching, developing, and initiating new business opportunities and key contacts within the industry. The Primary focus will be supporting our Alvarado operation growing Locke presence in DFW and Austin markets. Your role involves adding, monitoring, and updating CRM entries and reports to track and enhance business interactions. Connecting with key decision-makers to close new sales is a pivotal aspect of this position. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in researching and reviewing potential business deals, evaluating market strategy, deal requirements, and product/project fit.

Key Result Area #1 - New Business Development:
Successful Result: achieving a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) of New Business Growth Year Over Year (YTY) exceeding 25%.
- Research, develop, and initiate new business opportunities, establishing contacts with key decision-makers.
- Identify and engage with potential clients and business partners to expand the company's reach.
- Initiate and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders for potential collaboration.
Key Result Area #2 - CRM Management
- Add, monitor, and update CRM entries and reports to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of business activities.
- Regularly review and analyze CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize CRM utilization for effective Business Development.
