The individual in this role will be responsible for handling all incoming phone calls and internet leads, as well as confirming sales appointments and performing long-term follow-up on all unsold customers (e.g., internet leads, showroom visits, and incoming calls).
Qualifications
1-2 years of sales experience (cold calling and outbound text email)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong work ethic, initiative, positive attitude & high energy
Openness to learning & willingness to try anything
Willingness to think outside of the box & tackle complex problems
Persistence to overcome obstacles and achieve quotas
Strong leadership experience in school, work, or any organization

Responsibilities
Responds to Internet and Phone inquiries and ensures that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential on Phone and Internet sales
The BDR’s core function will be to hunt for new business and present sales-ready opportunities to our Sales
The Business Development Rep will be working closely with the sales team to prospect for new leads, qualify leads, create demand, set up appointments, and grow the pipeline for the sales organization
Learn training materials
Responsible for making a minimum of 80 -100+ outbound calls daily
Responsible for meeting weekly goals and established metrics
Utilize the sales tools provided
Other duties as assigned
· Valid driver's license
· Prior Dealership BDC Experience + not a must
· Able to communicate persuasively with customers to set appointments
· Must have own transportation and ability to be on time
