Title: Heavy Specialized Business Development Coordinator

  

Location: Jacksonville, FL - Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days WAH)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, shift will be 8am to 5pm or 8:30am-5:30pm

Salary range: $18.28-$22.86 per hour, depending upon experience

                                                     

 

What work will you perform?

Provide support, training, and assistance to agents and region management with the primary focus on increasing the heavy specialized customer base and revenue.

 

Essential Responsibilities:

  •  Establish relationships with region management and assigned agents to proactively identify agent/customer growth opportunities
  • Develop a high level of efficiency with the Heavy Haul pricing tool 
  • Train agents on Heavy Haul pricing tool
  • Proactively utilize the Heavy Haul pricing tool to identify potential growth agents/customers
  • Maintain documentation (per methodology assigned) supporting your role in agent/customer business growth
  • Develop working relationship and adhere to interaction protocol with the dedicated Heavy Haul Corporate Account Executive
  • Ability to travel periodically for work activities/events
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Required Minimum Experience and Education:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Three months of experience in customer service or sales

 

Preferred Experience and Education:

  • One year of experience with Heavy Specialized equipment, rules, and regulations
  • 6 months of experience in transportation or logistics

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Microsoft Office and internet knowledge
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor
  • Good organization skills
  • Use discretion to problem solve
