Responsibilities
As a B2B Customer Service Support Representative, you will service the clients' needs and prepare recommendations based on their specifications.
- Analyze clients wireless accounts with the intent to optimize and promote Verizon services
- Act as a product expert when creating and delivering proposals to our business consultants
- Stay current on the newest technology products and services
- Ability to interpret and convey complex business promotions and pricing
- Meet or exceed established daily metrics and performance standards
- Provide outstanding service when communicating with our business consultants while maintaining company protocols
- Ensure proposals are detailed, accurate, and compliant prior to delivery
