Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 5 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: Onsite with remote option.
Requirements:
• Availability to work on Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
• Technical or business work experience (3+ years);
• Experience with rapid prototyping business flows (5+ years);
• Experience with documenting requirements/traceability using a holistic requirements management tool (5+ years);
• System documentation experience (5+ years);
• Experience in a Senior Digital Business Analyst, project management, or similar role (5+ years);
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite programs including, but not limited to: Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Word, Project, and Visio;
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM, specifically in Story/Acceptance criteria development;
• Experience using TFS to plan and organize tasks, workflows, and reports for the Agile Team members;
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Developing and reviewing Agile stories, utilizing an Agile SCRUM approach;
• Executing business process improvements, assisting with gathering requirements from decision-makers, and ensuring best practices in quality assurance testing;
• Documenting requirements and traceability in tools using Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Team Foundation Server (TFS);
• Identifying the business process problems along with solutions for them;
• Demonstrating innovations and improvements to business stakeholders, using these toolkits;
• Quickly course correcting, re-prioritizing, and eliciting new information based on customer feedback;
• Collaborating with and building a better understanding between development teams and clients;
• Producing business-critical requirements through observation and trial and error methods;
• Critically evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, reconciling conflicts, distilling high-level information into details, summarizing low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguishing user requests from the underlying true needs;
• Serving as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow.
