Job Description
- Interface with clients (Senior Federal Managers, Engineers, Project Managers, etc.)
- Upload various financial data/reports to financial systems, verify correctness and reconcile discrepancies
- Responsible for daily updates to award systems
- Analyze financial reports
- Perform weekly review of active and inactive projects for missing information, and generate and distribute weekly financial reports.
- Track and analyze financial data using federal and corporate databases
- Review data and develop regular and ad hoc reports and presentations
- Assist with administrative activities such as adding/modifying users to systems, updating training manuals, scheduling and facilitating periodic meetings, and providing quick response to ad-hoc requests.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship
- Bachelors Degree
- Exceptional experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must
- Ability to provide high-level data analysis is a must
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to travel to Morgantown, WV, Pittsburgh, PA or Morgantown, WV when needed.
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to work closely with clients to develop briefings and reports
- Technical writing experience is preferred
