Business Analyst

We are seeking a knowledgable IT professional to develop and support IT systems.  The right candidate will take the hassle out of resolving technical problems related to software and business processes to maximize the value of technology in our business.  We are looking for superior people skills, technical expertise, and an aptitude for problem-solving.

• Develop specifications required to meet business objectives
• Provide strategic advice on using technology to achieve goals
• Support technical and functional implementations
• Work with end users to solve business and technical problems
• Challenge and enhance business processes and workflows

Required:

• Ability to multitask and handle details under pressure. 
• Organizational skills and accuracy is a must. 
• Great attention to detail.
• Team player.

Preferred:

• 4-year degree in Business or IT.
• IT Certifications.
• Microsoft Office suite expert.
• Strong documentation skills.
