One of Robert Half's Fortune 500 clients is hiring a Business Analyst for a long-term, onsite project. This role will be based in Philadelphia, PA. Client is only able to work on W2 - no C2C applicants.
Daily Duties:
- Assist Networking team with all requirements gathering
- Manage stakeholders, timelines, workloads, and expectations
- Create documentation based on technical specifications and project timelines
- Communicate cross-functionally to support networking projects
- Perform UAT functions
Job Description: Skillset: :
- Basic understanding of IP network/cable network at a high level.
- Familiar with Microsoft office, able to create and edit documentations at a high level.
- Able to work with multiple cross-function external teams.
- Able to submit IOP/Jira tickets to external teams/functions to add/change configurations to different Comcast CPE platforms.
- Able to track and report CPE warehouse firmware versions with internal stakeholders.
- Able to track and communicate action items with stakeholders via Smartsheet/confluence.
After onboarding and training (expected):
- Able to understand warehouse hardware testing process (from a high level).
- Able to understand CPE firmware upgrade process (from a high level).
- Able to attend meetings with engineering/technical team to drive results/actions on technical issues (but not required to understand the technical details).
