EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
This role carries out diverse technical analysis tasks to maintain the integrity of the driver licensing and control (DL&C) system, state-to-state, and REAL ID systems application support for operational requirements. Collaborating with information technology programming and business teams for the implementation of system changes as per requests from the driver and vehicle services management. Additional responsibilities include ongoing support for state-to-state and REAL ID systems, resolving discrepancies, analyzing statistical data, conducting program testing, and reporting to a Business Analyst 2 in the business application services division. Additional details regarding this position can be found in the position description.Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employmentWork hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection.
