ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Work with leadership to create and maintain an operating plan to achieve the strategic vision and operations that define the people, processes, tools, and technology.
- Work closely with internal (and/or external) teams to collect, analyze, translate, and document business and/or technical requirements.
- Coordinate project resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Create documentation for processes and procedures.
- Conduct or organize testing/validation of processes and procedures.
- Measure and monitor project/solution performance.
- Initiates corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure appropriate visibility and communication as it relates to the project/solution.
- Collect feedback to look for issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure that all documents are complete and stored appropriately.
- Demonstrates the Viaflex Team Member Values in their daily actions.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow established safety and ergonomic standards.
- May be called upon to perform comparable duties of a similar or related nature and/or assist in other areas as needed.
- Learning, understanding, continuously improving, and promoting the division’s quality management system in accordance with ISO standards.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field. Minimum 5 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
PMP certification preferred. Technical proficiency in the area of practice is helpful, and necessity determined by position. Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office programs. Intermediate to expert level in Microsoft Project. Strong administrative skills. Must be very detail oriented. Exceptional oral and written communications. High level of patience and service. Ability to motivate team members. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills. Team player who is self-motivated and has ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership staff. Ability to travel up to 10% of time.

Physical Requirements: Required to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Working Conditions: Exposure to a normal office environment. Position may occasionally require entering a production environment, including exposure to noise, fumes, moving machinery, and varied temperatures.
