Business Analyst

SONIFI® Solutions, Inc., the leader in technology solutions for the hospitality and healthcare industries, is looking to add a Business Analyst to the team! The Business Analyst is responsible for a broad range of business support functions including business reporting, business process improvement, Salesforce data integrity, and management of select projects. In this role you will be required to perform the duties with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness and well as, provide opportunities to contribute directly to the bottom line of the organization as well as improve the satisfaction of both internal and external stakeholders.
This position is onsite only in Sioux Falls, SD.
The essential job functions include:
Analysis & Reporting

• Track and report on internal policy and audit commitments.
• Track and report on third party content licensing within Salesforce.
• Prepare the bi-weekly system sales backlog forecast.
• Track contracted SOWs that are never implemented, lead regular internal reviews, and document recommendations.

Productivity and Process Improvement

• Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements.
• Test business processes and recommend improvements.
• Prepare project level profitability analysis, lead regular internal reviews, and document recommendations.

Salesforce Support

• Work with Finance to ensure CPQ price and cost information is correct for the business and all options needed are present.
• Test changes to CPQ and train internal team members on CPQ.
• Audit Product Inventory for accuracy and implement corrective actions as needed.

Project Management

• Manage the fee increase program.
• Manage the bed reconciliation program.

What you’ll need:

• BA/BS degree in business, communications, finance, economics, or similar preferred or at least 6 years relevant work experience.
• Computer literacy, including experience with MS-Office applications and an aptitude for learning new software applications, is required.
• Must have strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to give presentations and run meetings in person and through webinars and calls with diverse internal stakeholders.
• Must have basic project management skills to break assignments into individual tasks to create work plans.
