Responsibilities:

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that align with our strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with the Systems Engineer to deliver analytical insights that drive change and improve business performance.
• Responsibilities on how they work and communicate with leadership teams to help drive/affect change inside the business
• Maintain and optimize our Reporting Services, including BI, Power Automate/Alerts, and SSRS.
• Design, document, and maintain system processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor customer issues and identify quality concerns, proactively finding ways to boost performance and improve the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar data analytics role is preferred
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau or Power BI, and Excel is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
