Job Description:

We are searching for a talented, driven Strategy and Business Consulting Analyst to join our growing team. This role will provide an opportunity to drive business impact by working with the business functions to drive execution of key strategic initiatives. Other duties and responsibilities of a Analyst within our company include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

• Providing analytical and program management support to executive sponsors of key initiatives
• Identify opportunities for business improvement by working shoulder-to-shoulder with key business owners
• Develop business cases and scope new initiatives and operational support for ongoing initiatives, including reporting, key performance indicators (KPIs) tracking, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Conduct both internal and external research to identify trends that could help shape both short and long term strategy

Education & Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Business Analytics or a related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in an internal consulting, external consulting or cross-functional role
• Prior consulting experience is highly preferred
• Experience using common BI tools is preferred (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services, Tableau, Sisense, SAP Crystal Reports, IBM Cognos, Qlik, etc)
• Must have high-level written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented and able to coordinate/manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
