Qualifications for the Business Analyst:

3+ years as Business Analyst ideally with experience in the below any:

• Finance
• Banking industries
• Pharma
• Healthcare
• Retail/Ecommerce
• Utility

Expert at creating functional specs through translation of business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements
- Develop and maintain documentation such as business requirements, process flows, and user stories
- Conduct research and provide recommendations for process improvements and optimizations
- Create visualizations and reports using analytics tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
- Assist in the implementation and testing of new systems or processes

-Working with cross-functional teams maintaining the ability to stay organized

-Effective oral and written communication and report presentation skills to directors and up-level executives

-Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
- Exceptional logic, quantitative and analytical skills.

Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or SQL
- Experience with business process modeling tools like Visio
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
